Panicle architecture is shown to have a direct impact on rice grain yield, making it an important characteristic for varietal improvement. In this study, we focus the Trait Phenotyping Tool (P-TRAP), freely accessible, platform-independent software analyzing panicle architecture, as one of ways generating comprehensive and reproducible structure data identifying superior breeding lines. analysis, structures 122 RILs along with their parents were analyzed using P-TRAP software. assesses nine spikelet characteristics its yield.
